Refund policy

We will accept returns on unopened, unused products for a refund or exchange. You must contact us within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase by calling us at 732-967-5237 or filling out the contact form on the "contact us" page. A copy of the receipt along with the unused product in original packaging must be included to qualify for a refund or exchange. Not all products are returnable. Please check with us before purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the purchased item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We may charge 25% restocking fee for some of the items and/or quantities. We're not responsible for items being lost during transit. A trackable shipping service and shipping insurance recommended.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Make sure to have the correct email address on your account with us. If your return is approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. If you're exchanging, you're responsible for returning the product back to us as well as the shipping fee to send the new product to you.

Do NOT return products back without speaking to us.
